Goal of the collaboration

The client's attitude and experience spoke clearly: “What do you need from me to start? I'll give you 3 months to test. We either say goodbye or we get it going full swing. Surprise me! “In other words, he expected a minimum of 70 leads per month that could be closed. They were able to evaluate quality internally, they have experience and predictable metrics. The aim was to build an effective online acquisition channel that would bring qualified demand for interim management from companies from all over the Czech Republic. Main qualification = turnover 30+ million CZK.

Strategy

We combined direct acquisition with content marketing. We have created a customized performance funnel and a strong lead magnet focused on the most common pain points of companies and managers. We set up campaigns and landing pages to act as an expert and trustworthy source — not like a classic ad. The lead magnet was headed exactly where it was supposed to and opened the door for us to business owners. As a result, we have gained access to real problems and demands for help. Our goal was to create space for an open analysis of the company — which is not a given, since it is sensitive information that most companies do not voluntarily share.

Biggest challenge

Many companies have problems and managing a company can be a challenge for them. But which owner will admit that? Ego was our biggest rival. We needed to get in the owners' heads, disrupt their thinking and get them to leave contact and be willing to talk openly about possible help. How did we do that?

Results

Over the course of 3 months, we generated a total of 464 leads - 256 from acquisition and 208 from lead magnet (we continue to actively heat these via email sequence). Of the 256 acquisition leads, 75 are currently confirmed by the sales team as qualified and another 125 are in the open communication phase. 28 analyses were successfully conducted, with the client achieving a long-term success rate of around 70%. Given the 3-month trading cycle, we expect a result of 15-30 closed clients. At the moment, the first 2 clients are already signed. The return on the campaign will range from 1:12 to 1:20 - we will know the final numbers over the coming months.
