Long-term price for lead 93 CZK with 22% conversion!

Goal of the collaboration

Clients and interest in their services have waned in the last year of the clinic. Therefore, it needed to increase the amount of new clients and improve the quality of leads in order to have a simpler business process with a lower cost of acquiring a new client. The original lead price was €15 and the conversion rate was below 10%. The aim was to increase the quality of leads and, above all, their number for 4 types of services. Of course even this clinic had doubts about whether we would make it because it had a very bad experience with marketing agencies.

Strategy

We created brand new ads on Facebook and Instagram, modified the Facebook page and prepared the entire environment for potential clients. After creating graphic creations and texts and testing them, thanks to deep analysis and years of experience of the clinic, we were able to find the right messages that resonate with the target audience, and adapted not only advertising, but the entire marketing. We are gradually adding more services in order to have enough room for testing while maintaining a sufficient volume of quality leads and clinic occupancy in terms of procedures.

Biggest challenge

We had to find out in detail what the target group really interests about each clinic service, to capture their attention as much as possible, and last but not least to create creative content that would meet the Meta criteria, using client-side footage. Furthermore, we had to figure out a way to adequately educate new leads so that the clinic does not have to spend too much time explaining procedures during the initial consultation when ordering an examination or procedure.

Results

After the first 5 weeks, the price for a lead is €4 with a volume of 40 leads per week and the conversion rate is more than 20%. The time that clinic staff spend on the phone explaining services has been halved. The ratio of ad investment to gross profit is now 1:15, and we continue to increase this ratio with each optimization. The occupancy is filling quickly, and soon we will deal with the question of where to open a new branch.
